The problem
The pressure on modern companies is increasing.
Growth and new goals conflict with increasing competition, brain drain, and changing market conditions.
Even highly professional teams experience excessive daily stress in the long run, simply to keep the business running. However, the goal is not mere survival, but rather to succeed by constantly setting new goals.
Operational knowledge is the most important resource in a company.
The offer can be copied, the materials acquired, and the marketing imitated.
Ultimately, it is the way in which the work is done that sets a company apart from others.
As the demands increase, so does the need for a systematic approach. Consequently, the demand for clear systems to manage knowledge also grows.

The solution
The Leeweg method is a procedure for structuring work in companies.
The goal is to create a uniform approach to knowledge at work through simple rules and to integrate this into daily routines.
Without new software tools or changes.
In this way, effective structures develop in the long term, and knowledge becomes a central asset within the company.
No additional documentation effort required.
This not only gives you control over your daily work routine, but also creates space for new goals .
The method is based on the following 4 modules :
1. Effectiveness
Linking corporate goals with a strategy for building and documenting the necessary knowledge.
-
Clarity about the status quo
-
Definition of the necessary knowledge
-
Determining the procedure
Result: A professional knowledge strategy
2. Efficiency
Standardization of daily processes.
Introducing clear standards for handling knowledge in everyday life.
-
Simple rules for everyday work
-
Focus on systems, not problems
-
Documentation of knowledge
Result: Organic growth of knowledge
3. Scalability
Clear communication and consistent knowledge management within and between teams.
-
Rules for standardized communication
-
Standardized interfaces
-
Joint optimization
Result: Clear communication and optimization
4. Automation
Using software and AI to automate clearly defined processes.
-
Clear process descriptions
-
Design for AI implementation
Result: Automatable processes
These modules describe the flow of knowledge within the company.
From defining goals to building efficient systems, to targeted communication and automation of processes.
Advantages

About me
Nico Savitteri
I am an electrical engineer with over 5 years of experience in various industries.
My motivation is the question of how systems can truly make complex goals achievable.
In my various roles as a process planner and developer, I have recognized the central role of specialist knowledge in companies. Equally important is the difficulty of systematically building this knowledge in the hectic daily routine.
I developed the Leeweg method based on this experience.
A management system that allows knowledge management to be directly integrated into daily work.
